additional details that folks are asking...
- All Units and Entire Building
were remodeled in 2001.
- 1st floor unit (with one deeded parking spot right behind unit)... you will be responsible for finding other
parking (if you have more than one vehicle).
- Swimming Pool and BBQ are right out the front door.
- Walk up gated entry (with code) right off East Paces Ferry
- Only blocks from Peachtree and Piedmont
- Jean's Body Tech (workout right behind our condo complex)
- Gated Entry
- Unit has Hardwoods in All rooms (except bath - which has tile)
- Kitchen is awesome - all
new cabinets, counter tops, stainless appliances - refrigerator,
microwave, oven / stove, dishwasher.
- Breakfast Area
- Large Living Area with open bar area into kitchen.
- Wood Blinds on all windows.
- This is a 2 bedroom (one bedroom is slightly larger than the
other. Both are fairly small due to the overall size of the unit (under 1000 sq ft.).
- Both bedrooms have small closets with (closet units - shelving
and rods). These are NOT walk in closets.
- There is one bath room with a pedestal sink, toilet and shower
/ tub. This is a small bathroom.

- Must have decent credit
